Tori is a female Parakeet that is about 4-5 years old.

She is a "Special Needs " Birdie

Due to an accidental injury to her right wing,
she nolonger has use of her wing.  

Her living arrangements have been modified to accommodate her injury.
She still gets around very well and loves to chirp throughout the day.
She is use to being around other animals and well behaved children. 

She may require pain meds on occasion in the future due to this injury. 

She also loves to come out of her and cage and hang out.
She does enjoy stepping up on her terms.

She has been disease tested for PBFD and Chlamydia. Tori will be adopted with her cage, disease test results, toys and food to get her forever home started. 

Tori is being fostered in Lake Hopatcong, NJ and will only be adopted to a forever home within driving distance, we do not ship our birds.

For the Love of Birds is a group of dedicated private foster homes throughout NJ and Eastern PA - we do not have a central location.
As Tori is living in a volunteer's home, we only allow approved applicants visits.
