Sunny is a beautiful, 10 year old Sun Conure who’s starting to warm up to people and show his curious personality. He’s a calm and quiet little guy, who enjoys hanging out and observing the world around him.

Although his wings were clipped for most of his life, his foster family plans to let his wings grow out naturally, to see how he does at flying. Sunny loves sleeping in his cozy hanging hut and snoozes peacefully through the night. His favorite treat is cashews, and he absolutely adores spending time under his UV light.

Sunny is very smart and currently learning clicker training-- he is making great progress! He’s starting to move from stepping up on a perch to confidently stepping onto a hand. With patience and love, Sunny is sure to continue blossoming into a trusting and affectionate companion!
