Joey is a 17 year old male cockatiel. He has only lived with one owner his whole life until she had to go into a nursing home. He loves to sing and chirps loudly. Joey is hesitant to step up from his cage, but once out of his cage will stay on your hand or shoulder. He is a very sweet bird and is looking for his second loving home. Joey is being fostered in Hightstown, NJ.
