Blue is a young, handsome, male parakeet. He was found outside,and taken in to find a forever home. Blue would love to find another male cage mate to hang out , and play with. He is very lonely. Blue loves to play with toys, chirp, and flap his wings. He is not hand tame. He is disease tested -negative.
Blue is being fostered in Northeast Philadelphia.
