Mint is a  male  G reen  C heek  C onure who was given to us by his caretaker that couldn't take care of him any longer due to her busy schedule and other pets. Minty has shown to be a social and sweet  C onure in his foster home, with a variety of peeps, words and whistles. When he's in a good mood, he will sit under your chin and bow his head for a head and beak scratch and say his name repeatedly when you ask who's a good boy. So far M inty has seemed to prefer female s  over male s , but has nipped both due to not being totally hand tame and needing training. Minty has a very large cage and loves to hang inside or outside, where he enjoys a mix of seeds and pellets. Minty will taste any food, but has only eaten apples and strawberries so far. Overall, Minty would be a perfect addition to a single owner who already has pets (he is very social), no children, and  only  an EXPERIENCED owner who can give him lots of attention and the training he needs.
