About Wendell and Bisou | |

Wendell and Bisou are a bonded pair of cockatiels. Bisou is an adult hand-raised female from a breeder and is sweet as can be. She will never bite!! She loves to be pet on her head and comes to the cage door for attention. She likes to snuggle into your neck and climb on your shoulder. Wendell was rescued from an animal shelter and never hand-tamed. He loves to whistle and laugh and has a lot of personality. If committed, I believe Wendell could be tamed. He comes over to the door when you talk to him and gets excited to see you, but does not like fingers. He has never bitten us, but he definitely gets defensive when you invade his space and I believe might bite if you tried to handle him. Both Wendell and Bisou love lettuce and sunflower seeds, cuttlebones, and toys they can tear apart and climb on. They have never interacted with our dogs outside the cage, but Wendell especially loves to interact vocally. We would like a home for them where they can get the love and attention they deserve.
