These adorable white-faced cockatiels are known together as "Birdies." They belonged to a neighbor who passed suddenly. The family asked if I would take the birds, so I did. However, my husband and I are rarely home, and I am certain the birdies are not getting the socialization and attention they need. They are approximately 10 years old and very attached to one another. They don't speak, but they love to sing and whistle back-and-forth with me. They do not like to be handled, but they love to interact with people. One of them is missing flight feathers on one wing, and neither of them gets the opportunity to be out of the cage since we have cats. I want them to have a better life, one where they are loved and free to explore their surroundings, and not one where they are stuck in a cage day after day in an empty house. Please consider adopting these lovely birds!
