Hatch date: February 15, 2011. Tusiek is a sweet and very friendly Green Cheek Conure. He has lived with one family his entire life. But unfortunately they need to move out of the country and it is not feasible to take Tusiek with them. 

Tusiek has been in his foster home only a few days, but has already interacted with everyone in the house. He readily steps up from inside or outside his cage. He flies to your shoulder and loves loves loves head and face scratches. He will also just sit on your shoulder or a perch near you and chill. 

Being a Green Cheek Conure, he is quiet. He also likes fruit and other table food. He was on a seed mix diet and his foster home is introducing him to pellets. 

He gets along great with the cockatiels he is sharing a room with. His foster home has a dog and the barking doesn't bother him.
