Koby is an 8 year old, DNA confirmed male Green Cheek Conure.

He is your typical spunky but sometimes fresh GCC.

Koby is on a mostly fresh food and pellet diet and enjoys a little seed here and there as a treat.

He is hand tame and will step up easily once he feels comfortable with you .

Koby’s wings are clipped, but he knows how to fly, and will try every so often. He is happy to hang out on his cage or on your shoulder.

Koby loves to take baths when fresh water is offered.

He is not aggressive towards other birds in his foster home.  

Koby is being fostered in Leonardo, NJ and will require multiple visits prior to adoption.

For the Love of Birds is a network of dedicated foster homes throughout NJ and Philadelphia; we do not have a central location. We require that our adopters be driving distance from a bird’s foster home as we do not ship our birds. Due to our adoptable birds being fostered in private homes we only allow approved adoption applicants to make visits.
