Chatty and Shy are bonded peach faced lovebirds from the same clutch. They were hatched the first week of July 2019 and handfed since they were three weeks old from their foster mom. Both birds are DNA confirmed MALE. They are fully weaned and on a healthy diet of Zupreem pellets, fruits and vegetables.

They have both been disease tested for PBFD, Polyoma and Chlamydia.

Chatty and Shy are both outgoing boys who readily step up, love taking baths, swinging on toys, foraging and being around other birds.

As they are both young and still a bit clumsy they will only be adopted to a forever home with no young children. 

Chatty and Shy are is being fostered in Bloomfield, NJ and will only be adopted to a home within easy driving distance; we do not ship our birds. For the Love of Birds is a network of dedicated foster homes - we have no central location. As our birds are being cared for in volunteer homes we only allow approved applicants to make visits.
