Roger is a beautiful DNA confirmed male Jardine Parrot.  

He is a bit shy, but not aggressive at all. 
Roger is not hand tame, he will let you scratch his head, but doesn't seem very comfortable 
with hands , but is already opening up with his foster home:)
He has full flight and is very good at flying .
He will take flight if you crowd him , so we are taking it nice and slow working with him .

Has been around other birds in his last home, but didn't seem to like them visiting him on his cage , and was very aggressive towards them when this happened. 

Would prefer to place him in a home with no other birds.

Roger is on an all Pellet and Fresh food diet and prefers Zupreem Natural Pellets.

Roger has been tested for PBFD, Polyoma and Psittacosis, all tests came back negative.

Rogers is being fostered in Leonardo, NJ and will only be adopted to a forever home within easy driving distance. Roger will require at least three visits to the foster home prior to adoption. We do not ship our birds. For the Love of Birds is a network of dedicated foster homes across NJ and Philadelphia and only approved applicants are allowed to make visits to our adoptable birds.
