Cherry is a young (7 months) Gold Capped Conure. He is DNA sexed male.
Cherry loves human interaction and a busy home. He is very friendly and loves to be on your finger or cuddle under your neck watching television. He entertains himself pretty well in and on top of his cage.
Cherry is learning to enjoy fresh fruits and veggies and is always willing to try something new.
He can be quite loud and quite messy and would do well with a family that can provide a lot of interaction during the day and understand and have experience with what having a parrot entails. He s ounds similar to a Sun Conure, and will not be good in an apartment , condo, duplex or townhouse .
There is a small bird, Canary Winged Parakeet, and a dog in the house and Cherry is fine with both.
