Hatch Date: 2002 Pancho is an 18 year old, DNA sexed male, Senegal. Pancho lived in one home his entire life that he shared with other birds. Pancho is a skittish little guy. Pancho had a wellness visit and his physical examination went well. His body tone, wings and feet are all healthy. He had complete bloodwork done and all is within normal levels Pancho was on an all seed diet previously, and in his foster home is giving him zupreem fruit pellets, nutriberries and avi-cakes. He likes the avicakes and nutriberries, and has started even the pellets. He has eaten some fresh food - grains, veggies, pasta, greens, which is very adventurous of him. He also took right away to foraging. Pancho's previous cage had one wooden perch and no toys. He is now in a larger cage with multiple perches, a rope boing and shreddable toys. His foster mom is excited that he has already begun playing with his toys. Pancho seems to be a sweet bird who likes attention, but is hesitant and a little fearful of new people and situations. Pancho needs a family who will have patience with him and build a trusting relationship. Pancho is being fostered in Hightstown, NJ. If you are interested in adopting Pancho, please complete an adoption application on ftlob.rescuegroups.org. Pancho will require multiple visits prior to being adopted and any potential adopter must live within driving distance and be willing to make multiple visits.
