Birdie is a stunning grey and white male cockatiel. He is a very sweet bird and enjoys human interaction such as whistling back and forth. He will step up when off his cage.

He is not a strong flier and must be diligently watched when outside of his cage to ensure he doesn't hurt himself. 

Birdie had lived in a home with young children who would grab at him and it was very stressful for him. 

Birdie is being fostered in Manalapan, NJ and will only be adopted to someone that is 
willing to drive to do the required visits. We will NOT ship our birds. 

For the Love of Birds is a network of dedicated foster home throughout NJ and Eastern PA, we have no central location. As our adoptable birds are living in volunteer homes, or in their family's home, we only allow approved applicants to meet our birds.
