Mango is a beautiful Yellow-Naped Amazon,
DNA sexed Female.

She is about 8-9 years old, and she's a party on a perch!

Her previous owner loved her, but passed away. 

Mango can't fly- she chewed her flight feathers from her wings and tail, but the vet said she has some new feather growth. She has a lot of words and sounds, and she loves to entertain and be near you. 

Mango is on her way to being a lap bird.  She seems to have a strong preference for females and will only be adopted to a family with a female primary caregiver. She has shown some aggressiveness towards men.

She is young for an Amazon, as they can live to be 60-80 years old in captivity, so we will take age of adopter and after-care plan into consideration.

Mango has been disease tested for PBFD and Chlamydia. She will be adopted with her cage, toys,  food and medical records to get her started in her forever home.   

Mango is being fostered in Howell, NJ and will only be adopted to  someone that is willing to drive to do the required THREE visits.

We will NOT ship our birds.
