Pew was abandoned by her previous owner when they moved apartments and left her behind. 

She is a sweet girl and has a lovely little chirp but is pretty quiet overall. We were told that she used to be part of a pair of birds and she does well with the other birds in her foster home. 

Pew is not hand-tame but will accept millet from your hand and does not seem too skittish. 

She doesn’t do very well flying so she spends most of her time in her cage but she enjoys playing with her toys and perching on her swing.

Pew is being fostered in Bloomfield, NJ and will only be adopted to a forever home within driving distance. We will not ship our birds.

For the Love of Birds is a group of dedicated foster homes throughout NJ and Eastern PA - we do not have a central location.As Pew is living in a volunteer's home, we only allow approved applicants to make visits.
