Hatch Date: Unknown, found outside

Meet S’Mores the beautiful white, female (assuming) Cockatiel. 
Not much is known about her as she was found outside some time ago.   
S’Mores is shy and timid but has recently started to explore her house more and has even ventured to the top once or twice, but mostly she prefers to hang out on a perch. 
She’s quiet for a bird, usually only chirping briefly when the other birds at her foster home start talking.

S’Mores was previously on an all-seed diet but since entering foster care her diet is gradually being changed to an all-pellet diet and she’s being introduced to a variety of fresh veggies (Chop) and fruits.
She hasn’t yet taken to the Chop, however. 
And her foster mom covers her at night which she seems to not mind.

S'mores  is being fostered in Manahawkin, NJ, and will only be adopted to a forever home within driving distance. For the Love of Birds is a network of dedicated foster homes throughout NJ and eastern PA. 
We have no central location and, as our adoptable birds are living in volunteer homes, only approved applicants can make visits.
