Chippy is a Black Capped Caique
Having Chippy only for a week,  from when he was surrendered to when he went to his forever home, was enough for him to burrow into my heart.   
He packs a gigantic personality into a 9”, 5 ounce body. 
He’s 13 years old, so almost middle age for a Caique. 
The lucky forever mom for Chippy now is Christy Shoup. He’ll join an Indian ring neck parrot in the household, so he’ll have a buddy to chat with.  May he have a long and happy life!
