Jamesbird is a Male, Cockatiel, of unknown age.
He was outside for several months before being caught and brought inside

He is obviously a very good flyer, not hand-tame, and settling into his foster home slowly. 

Jamesbird is located in Monroe, NJ, and will only be adopted to a forever home within driving distance.
