Sky and Sunny are young male budgies. They are still adjusting to their foster home. They are the prettiest birds.
Both are not hand tamed, but their foster parents have been working with them and making great progress building trust and getting the boys to step up.
With patience and proper training they will definitely get friendlier. They both have sat on their foster parents' finger..
They are not bothered by the dog and cats in their foster home.
They have shown no signs of aggression nor have they shown signs of fear/distress when their food and water cups are being changed out.
They both love music and start chirping (especially Bollywood songs). They are still not confident enough to fly outside of their cage. Their foster parents tried a couple of times, but the boys but went back into the cage immediately.
They start chirping when talked to and are the cutest. They still do not know to eat fresh veggies and fruits but foster mom thinks with time they will start trusting more and trying new things. Their absolute favorite treat is spray millet
Sky and Sunny are being fostered in Edison, NJ. We do not ship our adoptable birds. You must live within driving distance to meet and adopt birds.
