Hatch Date: Nora - 2021 and Harold - 2022

Nora is a gorgeous, spunky, and very energetic Green-Cheek Conure. She is about 2 years old and absolutely LOVES her buddy Harold, who is a 1-year-old Lovebird.  

As you can see from their picture, they are an absolutely stunning pair! 

They love their human and enjoy spending lots of time with them. Both are hand-tame and super-loving!  Nora and Harold require lots of attention and are a very busy couple throughout their day. 

They do like to take breaks, chill, and look out the window at the outside wildlife and people walking by, which they LOVE to do. So, a big window to place their cage by is not necessary, but a definite plus! 

Nora was rescued by her previous owner and soon after, Harold was purchased from a bird store as a companion for her.  

Since then, this little couple has been inseparable!  Nora is a very maternal Conure and will frequently preen Harold.  

He will also return the favor...it's really cute to watch.  

They LOVE to sit on your finger while you're reading, having your morning tea/coffee, whenever you can have them with you.  

They like your shoulder too, but they can be loud at times, so beware of the volume by your ear! ;) 

Nora also likes to climb on top of her head if you're not careful.  

The higher the better.  Harold tends to not do that so much, but as long as he's near Nora, it's all good!  They also enjoy frequent bathing throughout the week as well.  

If you remove one or the other from their room to go and get something, the other will call out until you return.  That said, this couple is super bonded and will be adopted out together.  

They need a person or family who is tolerable of not only the noise throughout the day but the time and effort these two need as well. 

They will stay in their cage during a normal work day, but mornings and nights they need to be out and about to express their energy and explore.  

They need to be supervised while out of their cage, for they will get into things if the opportunity arises.  

They like to hide under furniture and anywhere they can find a cozy little spot!  

They are very vocal throughout the day and have a lot to say to each other, especially if there are any other birds in the home.  

Nora will want to mother everyone if given the opportunity...she is THAT sweet!  

Harold and Nora are currently on a Zupreem fruit pellet diet and also love their safflower seed and other treats.  They also eat a lovely assortment of fruits and veggies. 

They are currently being fostered in Hillsborough, NJ, and will require multiple visits prior to adoption.
They will only be adopted by someone that is willing to drive to do the required visits.
We will NOT ship our birds.
