Goose is a 3-year-old Green Cheek Conure.
Goose has not been DNA sexed, so sex is unknown.
He is affectionate, curious, silly, and personable.
He has learned a few tricks - step-up, spin, wave, kiss, touch, get in and wait. Smart bird.
Goose is very dearly loved in his current home, and he is looking for a home prepared to physically, emotionally, and financially provide the standard of living Goose is accustomed to.
He is particularly fond of his mom and enjoys cuddling and interacting with her.
He is more cautious around other people but is not aggressive towards them.
Goose shares his current home with two cats, who exist peacefully but do not interact.
He should be kept separate from other animals when there is no supervision.
Goose knows how to forage for goodies in his cage.
His breakfast currently consists of chopped kale, carrots, broccoli, quinoa, and bell peppers all mixed.
His evening meal is pellets served in a foraging toy bowl.
Goose is participating in our Help With Rehoming program.
He is still living with his owners in Jersey City NJ, and will only be adopted to a forever home within driving distance.
