Pepper is a handsome older Male Cockatiel.
His exact age is not known

He can be quite feisty when reaching into his cage.
Hopefully, with patience in a loving home, he will learn to start 
to trust people.
His foster home is working on getting him to eat a healthier diet. 
He is currently only eating seeds.

He enjoys looking out the large window and keeping an eye out for 
any trouble in the neighborhood ;) 

He is looking for a quiet home, possibly with other small birds, where
he can spend his retirement :)

He will only be adopted to a forever home within driving distance.
