Dusty is a 12-year-old confirmed male Congo African Grey who is stunning, flirtatious, highly intelligent, and quite confident.
He was brought up in the same house his entire life
before coming into our care.

He has received annual vet care his entire life.
This guy loves interaction and attention.
He is very fond of conversations and is an endearing chatterbox.
Dusty has an immense vocabulary and is incredibly skilled in the art of mimicking sounds.
One of his favorite imitations is the call of the Blue Jay!
Did I mention Dusty sings "hi ho" from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs?
Dusty is very curious and will get into trouble
Supervision is mandatory.
He has the removal of lids down pat.
Stepping up is on his terms, and he *will* try to bite as a refusal.
He will vocalize his protest if gently reprimanded for attempting to bite.
We are currently working on that, and he has quickly caught on to the "no biting" prompt.
Dusty will guard his cage, so attempting to handle him
either in or on is not advised.

He will fly to you, or close to where you are.
He is a pro at flying and has the perfect aim of landing on your shoulder to watch you prep his meals.
Dusty is eating very well and loves to eat healthy.
He enjoys pellets and likes his fruits and veggies.
