Cooper is a 6 year old male English Budgie
He was paired with another English Budgie, Jerry, who sadly recently passed away.

Cooper is Blue boy who can also get vocal, is a bit shy, but you can pick him up gently without an issue. He has full flights and can usually find his way back to the cage

Cooper is being fostered in Cherry Hill, NJ
