Hatch Date: Approx 2009
Rose is a large (DNA confirmed Female) Congo African Grey.
We are guessing at her age, assuming 15+
Her owner recently passed away, and she needs a good, loving home.
She is a very sweet girl, soft spoken, and gentle for such a large girl ;)
She is not 100% hand-tame, but is open to the idea.
She is just a bit timid.
Rose has been seen by an Avian vet and had blood work done
She has been disease tested as well
Rose is fostered in Leonardo, NJ
She will require in-person visits before adoption.
We do not ship our birds.
For the Love of Birds is a network of dedicated foster homes throughout NJ and Eastern PA.
As our adoptable birds are living in private homes, we only allow approved adopters to make the required visits.
