Tatum is a confirmed female budgie.
She was found in Freehold at a neighborhood Memorial Day party.
She flew onto the family’s shed, and one of the kids walked up to her and picked her up.
Tatum is a petite little girl, and she’s a pretty, light blue baby with beautiful black and white markings.
She’s still a little nervous around hands, but she enjoys her millet, so we’re hopeful that
it can be used to win her over.
Tatum is being fostered in Howell, NJ,
