Hatch Date: Approximately 2022
Milo is a sweet DNA confirmed, Sun Conure, approximately 2 years old, who was adopted by his current owner after
being abandoned at a PetSmart. He is surprisingly quiet for a sun conure.
We are not sure about the sex of this bird, as DNA testing is pending at this time.
He loves being out of the cage.
He "chats" in your ear much more than he screeches.
He can be a bit nippy initially, but warms up easily and becomes incredibly affectionate and friendly.
He dances to music and seems to enjoy interacting while he bops around, loving it when his mom dances with him.
When he trusts you, he will start to look for cuddles.
He is on a pellet diet, but gets seeds as treats, and of course prefers those!
He has had fresh foods and seems to love apples and grapes.
The only vegetable he will snack on is peppers.
He is a smart bird, and as part of his social and interactive nature, he won't try new
foods without watching you eat them first.
He will also drink his mama's water from her glass.
He also seems to enjoy eating his food from his dish while it's held for him.
He loves to take a bath from his water dish if it's in his mom's hand.
He attacks tissues and paper towels, and loves to ring the bell on his favorite toy in his cage.
Milo is working with us through the Help with Rehoming program and is living in
Shamong, NJ, with his owner.

He will only be adopted into a forever home within driving distance.
