Dottie, a charming young female budgie with the softest gray-blue feathers, and  even a softer heart. Dottie is a sweet and gentle girl who’s still getting used to the world, but she’s already won us over with her calm presence and curious little chirps.

Though a bit shy initially, Dottie warms up with patience and kindness. She enjoys quiet companionship, watching the world go by from her perch and the occasional gentle chatter when she’s feeling brave. Her soft colors and quiet nature make her a peaceful addition to your home.

Dottie would thrive in a calm, loving environment where she can feel safe and gradually open up. She may do well with another gentle budgie companion or as your solo feathered friend as long as you provide plenty of attention and care.

Dotti has been disease-tested for psittacosis and PBFD. 

Dottie is being fostered in Bristol, PA,  and will require an in-person visit before adoption.    

Educating potential adopters and the public is essential to reducing the problem of unwanted birds being kept in captivity and providing those birds living in homes with the best lives possible.
