Harper is a beautiful Yellow Parakeet. He was surrendered due to the health of his owner. He is not tame but loves to chirp and sing all day long. He is a very curious bird and loves to be next to his companions that he was surrendered with. He can be dominant in his cage so its best that he have a cage to his own but be in a home with other keets so he can sing chirp and play next to.

Harper is being fostered in Hightstown NJ.
