Joplin and Frannie are two beautiful Green Parakeets. They were surrendered due to the health of their owner. They are not hand tame but they love to chirp and sing all day long. They are very curious birds and love to be next to their companion bird that they were surrendered with.

Joplin and Frannie are being fostered in Northeast Philadelphia.
