Do you need more color in your life?  Kiko will surely brighten your days!!  

Kiko is a confirmed male Sun Conure who is approximately 11 years old.  He’s not too noisy, by Conure standards and, if you’re listening carefully, he says, “Kiko” and “Hi Kiko” when he wants your attention.  He tries to make a kiss sound, and loves to gently preen his humans. When he’s feeling relaxed, he’ll even snuggle under your chin, while you pet him. 

He seems to prefer females, but his foster dad is trying to play a bigger role, to see if we can change this. He likes to sit in his open cage when no one is around, but will run out and greet you with excited chatters, as soon as you walk in the room.  He loves his bath in a bowl, and is a good flyer, always returning to his human, after some overhead circles. 

Kiko is fine around other birds, dogs and cats.  

Kiko has been disease tested for PBFD and chlamydia. He will require at least two visits prior to adoption.

Kiko is currently being fostered in Howell, NJ and will only be adopted to a forever home within  driving distance. For the Love of Birds is a network of dedicated foster homes throughout NJ and Philadephia, we have no central location. As our birds are living in volunteer foster homes only approved applicants are allowed to make visits.
