Scooter is a 2yo hand tame male cockatiel. He is a bit shy but is great with anyone and is not aggressive. Although hand tame, if he does not want to step up he will tell you.  

Scooter does whistle but will only sing when his foster mom is not in the same room as him. He loves hanging out on your shoulder, computer monitor, his cage or playstand. 

He is fine with other birds and enjoys their company. 

Scooter is being fostered in Bloomfield, NJ and will only be adopted to a forever home within driving distance. We will not ship birds. For the Love of Birds is a network of dedicated foster homes throughout NJ and Eastern PA, we have no central location. As our adoptable birds are being fostered in volunteer homes, we only allow approved applicants to meet our birds.
