Chip makes us smile whenever we watch him!  He is a canary, believed to be male, approximately three years old, and he came to us when his owner became ill and could no longer care for him.  He has a quiet little chirp/song, and the feathers on his head get fluffy when he's paying attention to something. ♥️ His favorite food is romaine lettuce leaves, and he devours them like a little rabbit!  If you're looking to expand your flock or just want the most adorable companion ever, apply to adopt Chip today!

Chip is being fostered in Howell, NJ and will only be adopted to a forever home within driving distance, we do not ship our birds. For the Love of Birds is a group of dedicated foster homes throughout NJ and Eastern PA - we do not have a central location. As Chip is living in a volunteer's home, we only allow approved applicants to make visits.
