Tucci is a Female, 3 year old Pineapple Green Cheek Conure.

Tucci came to FTLOB sharing a cage with a very boisterous male green cheek who got most of the attention in their prior home. 

Since being moved out of the shared cage and getting her very own cage she has blossomed and shown her true colors as a snuggly love bug who LOVES spending time with humans.

She loves to climb on humans where she can cuddle into necks, hands,
groom beards and hair. She repeatedly tries to sit on her foster mom’s head for the best view of the world. Tucci is a very gentle, quiet bird who prefers using a little head butt to ask for personal space. She only rarely makes noise, usually in response to other birds, but quiet enough for a space like an apartment or condo.

She is good with older children and other birds.

Tucci eats a great diet of healthy pellets and all sorts of veggies. She doesn’t get fruit right now as she laid eggs in December and we want to make sure her hormones stay in check. 

Tucci has been disease tested and will be adopted with her cage, toys, perches and food to get his forever home started.

Tucci is being fostered in Chester, PA and will only be adopted to a forever home within easy driving distance. Multiple visits are required prior to adoption. For the Love of Birds is a network of dedicated private foster homes throughout NJ and Eastern PA, we do not have a central location. As our adoptable birds are living in our volunteers' homes, only approved applicants are allowed visit.
